For many, writing is a creative outlet. They pour their thoughts and feelings into journals or into characters in short stories. For me, however, writing is my profession, and since I’ve been preparing my novel Angel of Mercy for the world, it has taken a lot of time and turned me into a workaholic.
My creative outlet, therefore, needs to come from elsewhere. I enjoy photography a great deal. Several years ago, I submitted my photography to a small, local arts show and was accepted. I showcased three photos. I especially enjoy nature shots and architecture. It’s one of those hobbies that I pursue as time allows.
I’ve also found a creative outlet designing products for my Cafepress store Sociology, that I opened approximately three years ago. Many of the products feature my photographs.
The Rose Collection, for example, features photos of an actual rose.
Visitors on Sociology can shop two ways.
I also have a board on Pinterest dedicated to Sociology. It features the products of the week.
Christmas is coming. Visit Sociology today. You might just find that unique gift you’re looking for.
