I am pleased to announce my inclusion in the Stepping Into Victory anthology When Women Become Business Owners. My contribution is Chapter 24 “How to Avoid Having a Poorly Written Website.”
The anthology is described on the Stepping Into Victory website this way:
“Are you a business owner? A freelancer? A stay-at-home mom? Are you still working a nine-to-five job, but dream of working for yourself?
“According to the 2014 The State of Women-Owned Business Report, the number of women-owned firms in the United States has increased by 68%—a rate 1½ times the national average. The female business owners range from stay-at-home moms to owners of million-dollar businesses.
“When Women Become Business Owners provides solid business and faith-based advice from real twenty-two female entrepreneurs. Find wisdom, inspiration, and encouragement for those times when you may find road blocks or fear trying to snatch your dream away.”
In many ways, When Women Become Business Owners is very similar to my own eBook Enterprising Women: Practical Advice for First Time Entrepreneurs. In fact, Enterprising Women was what compelled me to query my submission to Stepping Into Victory. Both books are aimed at aspiring female business owners, providing them with the knowledge necessary to become successful business owners and empowered women.
When Women Become Business Owners became available June 9. It is available in paperback and eBook at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, kobo and Scribd. For more information on where to purchase, click here.
You can view my author page by clicking here. Once there, you have the option to share my page on social media, email it to a friend or leave a comment. You’ll soon also be able to hear me reading an excerpt from my submission. Please be sure to let me know if I have a voice for radio once the excerpt is posted.
